Tips to diabetics with backpain.

1):See your doctor for your antidiabetic treatment.
2):If your diabetes is under control, see your physiotherapist for exercises for the back pain.
3):Do not stop your regular walking as it is one of the best exercises for backpain.
4)If there is a good Yoga school or teacher, try to learn some exercises from him/her, they are really goo if you do them regularly.
